All purchases made through Costume World are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item as outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@costumeworld.com.

Please include your order information and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be made promptly after receiving your order.

Returns

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, fit, color preference, change of mind, duplicate purchases, or items no longer wanted or needed.

Items returned to Costume World without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, color, or item, a new order must be placed.

Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered when Costume World determines that an order cannot be fulfilled or when an approved resolution is necessary for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. Orders may begin processing immediately after purchase.
