Refund policy

At Costume World, every item in our store is part of a one-of-a-kind collection, which means all sales and rentals are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services, including vintage pieces, retail items, rentals, or custom orders.

 

Damages and issues 

We take great pride in the quality and care of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@costumeworld.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) in question

We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the unique, often delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Vintage items

  • Costume rentals

  • Custom orders or made-to-measure pieces

  • Worn, altered, or laundered garments

  • Accessories, wigs, headwear, and undergarments


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
