At Costume World, we take pride in delivering high-quality, one-of-a-kind costumes with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy, including timeframes, carriers, and what to expect after placing an order.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer real-time discounted UPS rates at checkout, allowing you to choose the shipping method that best fits your timeline and budget.

UPS Next Day Air
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected service.
Tip: Most customers select UPS Ground for standard delivery. For time-sensitive purchases (e.g., events or performances), we recommend choosing expedited shipping.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your item ships.
This includes quality checks, packing, and preparation of any custom handling instructions for your order.
Custom orders or items requiring alterations may take longer; expected timelines will be communicated during your design or order process.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide within the U.S.
For international shipping or inquiries related to production rentals, please reach out to us directly at info@costumeworld.com.
Production Rentals
If you're working with our Production Rental Team, your costumes may be delivered via a different shipping method. Shipping coordination will be handled directly with your account representative.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If your package is missing, please contact UPS or your local postal carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Shipping & Returns Reminder
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an item has shipped, unless an error or damage has occurred on our end.
